Homologous Connectivity
Definition: Homologous connectivity refers to the connectivity between corresponding brain regions or areas in the left and right hemispheres. They are often referred to as “mirror” areas due to their similar structure and function: for example, the correlation between activity in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.
