Hello all,
I am a student working on a project to build pre-processing code sets for an fNIRS instrument from G.tec company. I am stuck in the step of converting fNIRs data in "*.mat" file into "*.snirf" file.
The raw data logged in the “*.mat” file contains the continuous wave data and the time. The montage is same to the one here:
https://mne.tools/mne-nirs/stable/auto_examples/general/plot_01_data_io.html
I contact the technician in the G.tec company. But they don’t have the conversion library that can convert fNIRs data in "*.mat" file into "*.snirf" file.
Here is the link of the shared fNIRs raw data in “*.mat” file. The fNIRs data are from the first to sixteenth rows.

Does anyone know how to convert “*.mat” files into “.snirf” format?
Thanks a lot.
The fNIRs data in the mat file from the above link are from the second to seventeenth rows. The first row is for the time (s). The frequency is 500 Hz.
I fixed this issue. If someone needs help, just let me know.
