Dear Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am attempting to segment SNIRF files for further analysis, but I keep running into an "Array Index Out of Bounds" error that I cannot diagnose.

Here's the error message I receive:

Error using snirfSegment (line 69)
Index in position 2 is out of bounds.

Error in MainGUI>menuItemSegmentSnirf_Callback (line 1866)
snirfSegment();

Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
feval(varargin{:});

Error in MainGUI (line 21)
gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});

Hi Wencheng,

It is probably because inthe second index you have entered a value that is not within the time values of your file. That is, if your file, for example, goes from 0 seconds to 100, it is likely that you entered a value outside that range.

Regards,

Sarai
