[#699]

Hi,

I am running the attached processing stream on my data, including PreprocessIntensity_NaN and PreprocessIntensity_Negative. However, I still receive negative and NaN HRF values in the .txt file. Is there something I am doing incorrectly, or does anyone have further suggestions?

Thanks!

Christina

My preprocessing stream didn't upload, so I'll put it below:

hmrR_PreprocessIntensity_NAN

hmrR_PreprocessIntensity_Negative

hmrR_Intensity2OD

hmrR_BandpassFilt: Bandpass_Filter_OpticalDensity    hpf 0.000 lpf 3.000

hmrROD2Conc      ppf 1.0 1.0

hmrR_GLM           trange -2 30.0

                           glmSolveMethod 1

                           idxBasis 1

                           paramsBasis 1.0 1.0

rhoSD_ssThresh 0 (no short separation channels)

                           flagNuisanceRMethod 0.0

                           driftOrder 3

                           c_vector 0

Thanks for any input!

Christina

what txt file?

HRFs will have negative values.

HRFs can have NaNs, I think, if the channel was pruned... but your processing stream above is not doing any pruning it seems.

hmm... these two steps always work for us

hmrR_PreprocessIntensity_NAN

hmrR_PreprocessIntensity_Negative

@dboas I think I’ve worked this out using prior posts. Thank you, Dr. Boas!
