I have been exploring the NinjaNIRS project on GitHub. However, I did not find a LICENSE file in the repository. I noticed that some firmware files include a BSD-3-Clause license header (inherited from the Raspberry Pi SDK), but it is not clear to me whether this applies to the entire project (including hardware design files, documentation, and FPGA code) or only to those specific files.

Could you please clarify the overall open-source license status of the NinjaNIRS project?
