Hello,

When I'm trying to export subjects HRF mean, I'm getting this error:

Unable to perform assignment because the size of the left side is 9-by-72 and the size of the right
side is 0-by-0.

Error in GroupClass/ExportMeanHRF (line 766)
tblcells(rowIdxStart:rowIdxEnd, 3:nTblCols) =
obj.subjs(iSubj).GenerateTableCells_MeanHRF(trange, cellwidthData, iBlk);

Error in MainGUI>menuItemExportSubjHRFMean_Callback (line 1743)
maingui.dataTree.currElem.ExportMeanHRF(out.trange);

Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
feval(varargin{:});

Error in MainGUI (line 21)
gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});

Error in
matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)MainGUI('menuItemExportSubjHRFMean_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))
Error while evaluating Menu Callback.

This error happens only when I have more than one participant. Do you know I can I fix it?

Thank you so much,

Neta

Hello,

I'm getting the same error when trying to export mean HRF, so I would be really grateful for your support.

Hi Joanna and Neta,

Is it possible to share the data set in the form of a zipped group folder that I can use to reproduce this issue. Also can you tell me the version of Homer3 you used. Actually even better would be to share the log file in the Homer3 root folder named  Homer3.log

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay,

I'm getting the same error. Have you found a solution in the meantime?

Thanks,

Daniel

Do you use the latest version directly from github? I had the same issue because I was using the version in the download link in the official webpage, rather than cloning the github repository.
