Hello,
I am running into a problem when trying to do the "HbO/HbR Overlay" section of the workshop. Slides 12 and 13.
After following the instructions, the GUI produces an image that has both hemispheres showing dark red/orange heat mappings.
I have tried multiple iterations of:
- importing the probe file/register to surface
- just importing the probe file
- just registering to surface the initial probe that GUI loads
- ensuring that I am in the file path with the "groupresults.mat" demo output
- running it from the "image_recon_demo" folder instead of the "homerOutput" folder
- running it after doing image_recon for, both, subj 1 and 2
- running it before doing image_recon for subj 1 and 2
- setting the time window from 4-8 seconds
- leaving the time window at default ~1-18
Regardless of the above changes, I get the same output that shows both hemispheres with significant activation (see attachment) from the Hb Conc overlay tool.
So, this question is to simultaneously check - am I doing something wrong? Or, is this a "new" bug? (most likely the former, but that's why I am asking! Ha)
Apologies if this has been asked before, I tried scouring the forum for something similar but only found tangentially related threads.
Thank you for your time!
You don't appear to be a premium homer user. It is not clear how you watched this part of the workshop, or if you did, since you should only access those training materials if you are a premium homer user.
I haven't used this overlay function in a while, so I don't recall the steps.
Hopefully someone else can answer.
I think Meryem Yücel @mayucel maybe has experienced this issue and is working through it. Maye they are about to post a fix.
Can you try image recon instead of overlay and let us know what you get?
