Hello all,

I am wondering if I can use .txt in Homer3? The fNIRS device I am using can only export data into .txt. If Homer can not analyze .txt., how do I convert .txt into .cfg or other formats that are available for Homer?

I assume you mean your fNIRS data is saved as a text file. You should talk with the manufacturer of your fNIRS device and ask them to support the internationally adopted standard SNIRF for saving fNIRS data.

Which device do you have?

Artinis supports SNIRF. They should be able to help you out.
