Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone is using an Artinis system as well as analyzing with Homer3/AtlasViewer? I'd like to pick the brain of someone who is familiar with both Oxysoft and Homer and maybe discuss some issues I am having.

Best,

Nicollette

If no one responds here, then I suggest you ask someone at Artinis as they must know people using Artinis and Homer3 / AtlasViewer. For instance, we have interacted with Jörn M. Horschig at Artinis about Homer and adopting SNIRF into Artinis acquisition systems.

Hi Nicolette,

Our lab also uses artnitis devices for acquisition, as well as Homer3 for preprocessing.

I'm just starting to figure things out myself too, but if you happen to be struggling with some of the issues I had maybe I can help:)

Hi Evelyn,

Searching the topics of using Oxysoft & Homer3, I found your comment and leave a reply if I can ask for help.

Our lab is using Artinis device and Oxysoft program for data recording/acquisition.
We've started preprocessing with Homer3, and if you don't mind, can I ask you for some advice on using this program?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you.

Hello Nicolette and Evelyn!

Our lab uses the Portalites and Brite24 devices manufactured by Artinis, and we also use Homer3 for analysis. Although we only have some recent experience with analyzing fNIRS data from the Portalites, I would be happy to connect with both of you to share notes and talk through our processing 🙂 Feel free to reach out to me at ok25775@uga.edu

Best,
Owais
