Hello,
I am designing a probe on AtlasViewer and whenever I register the probe to the surface (to save the probe) and close AtlasViewer, when I load up the probe again, it shifts 90 degrees to another location on the brain.
For example (image below) a simple probe registered to the left side of the brain shows up on the inferior side of the brain after I close AtlasViewer and load up the probe again
Before:
After:
Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is it a mistake in the way I am saving the probe? Also is there a way to adjust the probe location in the "After" instead of having to redesign the probe from scratch?
Much appreciated
Hi @tthuynh,
We are aware this issue and it is been fixed. Soon it will be pushed to Atlasviewer. Meanwhile after you load the probe in Atlasviewer, push register probe to surface button then your probe will move to correct location. In the future, you don't have to do this. Probe will load at correct location.
