Hi all,
I keep getting the warning message "Function hmrR_BandpassFilt generated error at line 114: Expected input to be finite" when I do the preprocessing in Homer3.
I have tried to modify the values of hpf and lpf but nothing helped.
Does anybody have some ideas about it? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Maybe you have some "Inf" values in your data. That seems likely. When converting Intensity to OD, and zero values might become -Inf or NaN.
