Hi,

I am using MATLAB R2020b, Homer3 (v1.80.20) and AtlasViewer(v2.44.0).

When trying to run ImageRecon function in AtlasViewer, I get the following error: " You need at least two wavelengths for image reconstruction" (please see photo attached).

However, I definitely have two wavelengths, as I am able to run analysis and HRF calculations in Homer3. In addition, if looking at the Homer3 'derivatives' output folder (please find the output folder here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Lp-pASHwmkH6Ae4SOiF0npLokaCgf_XB/view?usp=sharing ), the measurementList has both HbO and HbR, so the data seem to be correct.

Would anyone be able to tell me whether this is an issue with AtlasViewer or the home output data, and how to work around it?

Any suggestions would be really appeciated.

Thanks!

Francesca
