Hi,

For my current data I am interested in the Hbo and DeOxyHb averages from 2 blocks

1. A ~20s baseline during a period when participants watch a relaxing video.

2. A task epoch of varying length depending on participant performance.

(I am unsure of the best way to label these for any custom code created)

I intend to then make a comparison of the diffence across 2 groups

The 'hmrR_BlockAvg' function seems to have fixed parameters, but this will obviously vary by participant in my data.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

Chris

Just to clarify

OxyHb and DeOxyHb averages from baseline and task will be compared between an experimental and a control group.

E.g. Oxy Hb/DeOxyHb averages changes from baseline during the task will be compared for each channel. In each case the between groups variable will be group (user v non-user) and the DV will be change in OxyHb/DeOxyHb average from baseline.
