Hello All, what is the best way of calculating the contrast of the control block vs one condition of the experimental block in homer? Any reponse and help would be very much appriciated

Hana, we are working on adding contrast stat calculation to homer3. It should be there within a week (max two). I plan to announce it on the forum once it is there.

Did the contrast stat calculation ever get added to homer3? And if so, where would I be able to find it?

I did see a new parameter for calculating contrast in the hmrR_GLM function. Take a look at that function to see if it makes sense to you. If you don't see it, then make sure you have the latest developers version from github. Otherwise, hopefully @mayucel can say more.
