Hey everyone,

I want to edit options in my processing stream but when I click the Edit Options button the GUI does not appear. When I try, the following errors appear.

Error: File: ProcStreamOptionsGUI.m Line: 490 Column: 1
The function "edit_Callback" was closed with an 'end', but at least one other function definition was
not. To avoid confusion when using nested functions, it is illegal to use both conventions in the same
file.

Error in ChildGuiClass/Launch (line 145)
eval( sprintf('handles = %s(a{1}, obj.lastpos);', obj.name) );

Error in MainGUI>pushbuttonProcStreamOptionsGUI_Callback (line 788)
maingui.childguis(idx).Launch(maingui.applyEditCurrNodeOnly);

Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
feval(varargin{:});

Error in MainGUI (line 21)
gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});

Error in
matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)MainGUI('pushbuttonProcStreamOptionsGUI_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback.

The errors appear to be the same when using 1.35.1 or 1.35.4. This problem only started when I updated from 1.33 to 1.35.1 and I don't want to go back to an earlier version. Please advise on a solution or workaround. Thank you!

Rob

@rob-j-maclennan, are you using the development version? I recall we had that bug last week on the development but it is fixed now, please update and retry.

Thanks,

Meryem

Hi Dr. Yucel, I have updated development version 1.35.7. This did correct the problem with the Edit Options button not working and I was able to run processing. Unfortunately, I am still having problems with being able to Export HRF. When I attempt to export HRF I receive the errors below. Is this something I'm doing wrong?

Warning: The input to STR2FUNC "Lowerbody Laterality folder created 2-28-2022" is not a valid
function name. This will generate an error in a future release.
> In ExportDataGUI (line 10)
In MainGUI>menuItemExportSubjHRFMean_Callback (line 1816)
In gui_mainfcn (line 95)
In MainGUI (line 21)
In matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)MainGUI('menuItemExportSubjHRFMean_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

Unable to perform assignment because the size of the left side is 13-by-0 and the size of the right

Hi Meryem -

Sorry I didn't see this thread before I made a separate post. I am having the same issue - using homer3-master 1.35.1, PC, MATLAB 2019a.
