Hello,

I ran a processing stream (image attached) on a group of subjects. All of them have a 5-minute resting-state file and aux channels. For some subjects, Homer throws an error:

Function hhmR_tcca error at line 296: Incorrect dimensions for matrix multiplication. Check that the number of columns in the first matrix matches the number of rows in the second matrix. To perform elementwise multiplication use ".*".

How can I fix this?

Thank you very much,

Michal

@michallevin, can you share the data from the subject Homer3 is throwing an error for?

The first subject (12_12_2021) throws an error, and the second subject (13_12_2021) runs properly.

Thank you

@michallevin, it ran without giving an error for any of the subjects with Homer3 Version 1.34.2, Matlab 2019b for me. Please send me your cfg file.

Meryem,

Thank you for your response. The latest version that I found on Github is 1.33.0. I'm attaching my cfg file.
