Hello Everyone,

I have loaded a subject-specific MRI and generated a sensitivity matrix, but while calculating Image reconstruction for the subject I am getting this error that I need at least two wavelengths for image reconstruction. I did give two wavelengths in the image metrics.

I will be very thankful if anyone can help me out in figuring out how to resolve this error. I am attaching the image of the error.

I am currently running into this exact issue. When I switch back to the general brain model in AtlasViewer the image reconstruction runs great.  I also get the same warning when I use the custom mri anatomy files provided in the Homer training courses.  Not sure what's happening.

I also have the same problem. But in the general brain model. Have you figured it out?

Hi All,

I am having the same issue, and what I suspect to be the same issue when using version 2.16.1 also.

Has anyone found resolution to this problem?

Thanks,

Rupert

@rupertcotter Did you set MC parameters for two wavelengths seperately?
