Dear Forum,

In both Homer2 and 3, I get the following error message for some of the datasets: "Function hmR_MotionCorrectSplineSG generated error at line 114: Expected input to be finite". Is anyone aware of this problem and could help?

Thanks a lot in advance and best regards,

Kim

Curious... I went to look at that function and it only has 92 lines of code... so I can't figure out what is going wrong at non existent line 114 in hmrR_MotionCorrectSplineSG.m

Can you attach a screen shot of the error message?

@mayucel The file size is too big. May I send it via mail?
