When processing my data in Homer3, I've received 2 errors I've never seen before (screenshots attached). Would love feedback on what these errors mean and how to avoid these errors so that I can include these nirs files in my sample if possible.

"Warning: All run input to hmrS_RunAvg.m is empty"

This is a warning, not an error. It is just alerting you to the fact that there are no trials to average for a given subject. Maybe there was a lot of motion that removed the trials.

"hmrR_MotionCorrectionWavelet generated error at line 47: Expected X to be finite"

This is an error. Something happened with the data you are analyzing with this wavelet procedure and the parameters you are using. If Wavelet works for some of your data and not this one dataset, then there must be something different about this given dataset. I can't say more with out have the data files myself and reproducing the error.
