Hi all, 

My processing stream is currently set up such that it only includes hmrR_Intensity2OD, hmrR_OD2Conc, and hmrR_GLM. I have tried more detailed processing streams with no luck. I am only including one participant who did a single recording with multiple tasks. I am running the stream on the "Run level".

After I process the run, I am trying to extract beta values from a groupResults file. It seems there are no GLM results stored in the file. Within the group, subject, session and run properties, all procStream.output.misc are empty. 

I have tried running this processing stream with different subjects and with a group of subjects. No matter what I try, I can not extract any GLM results. What am I doing wrong?
