Hi,
My team and I are currently using the Homer3 software to run data analysis on NIRx fNIRS files. We have successfully navigated 1st level analyses on Homer3. We are seeking to extract this data to run second-level analyses on a separate platform, particularly in an .csv filetype. Does anyone have any prior experience with this/ any advice on the same?
Thank you very much in advance for your time and your help!
@belmontfnirs, if you would like to export HbO/R after your initial analysis, please go to Homer3 GUI -> File -> Export -> HRF and choose Current Proc Element and All Under It option. This will create a separate text file for each run/sbj/group which than can be imported into excel.
That was extremely helpful, thank you so much! I did have a follow up question about the range of the HRF data that gets exported. When the trange (in the processing stream) is set from -2 to 20s, the data file only consists of time values ranging from -2 seconds to 20 seconds. However, the length of our entire task is on average 500 seconds. But when I try to change the trange to reflect this (-2 to 500 seconds), most of the data is labeled as "NaN." I am not quite sure what this means and I was wondering if you could shed some more light on the same and also provide some guidance on how we can export the preprocessed data for the entirety of the task?
Thank you!
Hello,
Does anyone have any insight on this? We could really use the guidance.
Thank you!
