Hi all,

I am a new fNIRS user and I just recently collected data for my pilot study. I've tried to analyze the data using Homer and I'm wondering how I can generate/export numerical values for statistical tests (i.e., t-test, mixed effects model, etc)? For example, one paper from Dr Boas's lab ( https://www.nature.com/articles/srep09469) ran paired t-tests to determine the significance of signal changes in diff conditions/regions of the brain.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Chua,

I want to tell you what I do; after averaging the hemodynamic response function (HRF) in Homer3, export the averaged HRF to Matlab and run all of the statistical tests you want.

Best,

Hayder
