Hello Eveyone,
I am a new homer3 user, I had a question related to the saved data in the homer3 after running the processing stream pipeline on the data. Does Homer3 saves processed results in the subject snirf file also or is it just in the .mat file of that subject?

Hi,
The processed data is accessible in the groupResults.mat file.
