Hi,

I tried to install it using the 64-bit MATLAB Runtime R2017b (9.3). Then, when I run Homer3.exe, I get an error, it exists the Homer installation and it closes the terminal window. See attached picture for the detailed the error. I'm using a PC with Windows 10 64 bit. Any idea how to solve this issue, please? Thanks for your time!

Actually, not even the source package works in Matlab 2017b. See below the errors after running Homer3 in Matlab. Is it compulsory to have git?

Any idea how to make it work, please?

Thanks!

I just tried installing it with the executable from Homer3 v1.31.2 and keep getting tons of errors (see below). Not sure how everybody is using this software as it doesn't seem to work on any computer and using any software version.
