Hi - 

I am having an issue re-running a processing stream I have done before. I am on MATLAB2019a (also tried 2020a) and Homer3 development downloaded a couple weeks ago.

When I click "Run" and have processing level at "Group" (apply to all is checked), it runs through but only generates GLM for run-level data (not session, participant, or group). I'm thinking there may be an issue with my folder structure as when I ran this before I was using a version that didn't have separate run and session sections.

Is there a guide to folder structure with the run, session, participant, group set-up? I've tried a couple different configurations.

Or anything else I should considering trying?
