Dear all,

I am a beginner in Homer3 and fNIRS data analysis.

I have a question about setting parameters when doing GLM with tCCA.

Recently, I have been analyzing fNIRS data collected in my experiments using Homer3.

During the experiment, the subjects made a variety of statements and movements.

Since short separation channel and accelerometer data were also recorded, I want to use the GLM with tCCA method to exclude the influence of motion artifacts.

However, I'm not sure how to set each parameter properly, I would be grateful if someone could tell me some information about it.

I attached my processing flow photo.

Sincerely,

Lai

Please check out the document here (docu.pdf) for the details of the tcc parameters:

@mayucel

Thank you for the document to the instructions above.

I`ll try to set the parameters as instructed.

By the way, it seems that I have missed the Homer premium training course held this November, I would appreciate it if you can tell me where I can find the videos and materials of the training course.

Sincerely,

Lai
