Hi,

I'm 4th grade student and developing my senior project in the field of fNIRS. I have fNIRS data which has artifacts but already converted into HbO and HbR concentrations by MBLL. But the problem is, data has been recorded with OBELAB device and saved as .csv file format. I can't figure out how to open this data in Homer3. Is there anyone know what can I do?

Thanks.

That will be a very involved process. I am not aware of any Odelab to Homer converter. To do this yourself, you will start by converting from concentration back to intensity. Then you can save a nirs file with the requisite data fields (d, t, SD, etc) as described on the wiki here. Then you can load this into Homer3.
