Using Matlab2022 on an Alienware (windows)

I've attached the processing stream I currently have on the data. The HRF function is not available to click on and I want to export the HRF values. If I click "run" the HRF function becomes available and I go to click it and it just greys out again.

The files are in .sirnf format.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I figured out that I need to add stimulus markers for the HRF function to be available. I wanted to go to tools and click "edit stimulus", however that button does not exist. ( I am using Homer v1.71.1). Was that feature taken away during an update? I then tried to add stimulus markers through TSV files, however I am not sure what value I would need to put in for amplitude. Any help would be great, thanks!

I recommend that you just put a 1 in for amplitude.

And yes, the stim edit GUI was removed from Homer as we move to support the BIDS data set standard. BIDS creates the *_events.tsv file which is a simple to edit text file for setting your stimuli. We just don't have the resources to make and maintain GUIs for things that can be done easily with a text editor.
