When trying to do the preprocessing regardless of the level (group, subject or run), I cannot check the HRF box.
I have tried with only one element in the current processing element, and with the whole list of elements, it does not change anything.
Also, in the plot prob, nothing is displayed.
Could you help ?
you have no stimulus onsets in the example you show here. You need to add stimulus onsets. You can do that with stimGUI which you can access from the tool menu
