I have typed 'set path' in the command window and it did not send error message. However, when I  typed 'Homer3', it sended error message below:

ERROR: """"Unrecognized method, property, or field " GetError" for class " SnirfClass" .
Current Folder : D:/Homer3-1.71.1/Homer3-1.71.1/
Call stack:

Error in DataFilesClass.m > DataFilesClass.GetDataSet (line 123)
Error in DataFilesClass.m > DataFilesClass.DataFilesClass (line 106)
Error in FindFiles.m > FindFiles (line 64)
Error in DataTreeClass.m > DataTreeClass.FindAndLoadGroups (line 268)
Error in DataTreeClass.m > DataTreeClass.DataTreeClass (line 98)

Error in MainGUI.m > MainGUI_OpeningFcn (line 247)
Error in gui_mainfcn.m > gui_mainfcn (line 220)
Error in MainGUI.m > MainGUI (line 19)

Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks a lot for your generous support!

@madara, please type "setpaths", rather than "set path", and then type homer3.

@mayucel Oh i made a mistake above, what i typed before homer3 was setpaths but not set path, and homer3 did not work either.

Do you mind sharing your homer log file with us? (a text file that should be under your homer directory)

Can you also send a sample data?

@mayucel Sorry, i don't know what the homer log file or sample data is. But after i moved all paths about fieldtrip to the bottom, it don't go wrong anymore. (Maybe there is confliction between the relative paths of the two toolboxes.) Sorry for the late reply and thanks for giving me a hand.
