Great question. We never looked at those residual values and as such the function doesn’t do anything with them. But given that you are sophisticated enough to ask this question, you probably know enough about matlab that you can dive into the image recon function and pull out this information. I think the function is ImgRecon/ImageRecon.m . But look at the other functions in that directory as well.
