Hi,

I wanted to perform motion correction by using the TDDR algorithm. So, I modified the Homer2 function provided by the author on Github and made a Homer3-compatible function. I placed the *.m file in the UserFunctions folder and followed the instructions written here:

https://github.com/BUNPC/Homer3/wiki/User-Function-Definitions-and-the-Processing-Stream

However, every time I launch Homer3 and the GUI, the function is not found in the processing stream. Do you have any idea why it is not working?

Here is the function:

Thank you in advance,

Giulia Rocco

Cool that you are trying to do this.

I hope someone can look into this and figure out what is going on and help make it work.

We really need community support on developing Homer further.

Hi Charlotte,

Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution yet. If you manage to make it work, I would be glad if you could share it.

Thank you.

Giulia

I have encountered the same issue with TDDR. Has anybody found a solution?

Thanks
