While attemptoing to segment the .snirf file on Homer3, the error message appears, 'Segment tool does not support flat file directories yet. Please change to a deep directory style (using sub-directories for groups and subjects) to use the segment tool via Homer3. Any leads on how to rectify this error would be appreciated. Thank you

I am guess that you have all of your snirf files in the root directory. I think this is asking you to have a subject sub-directories and you put the appropriate snirf files in each subject sub-directory. I think.
