Hello,

I'm just getting used to AtlasViewer for image reconstruction, and I was wondering if I could get some help with an issue I'm having. I've set my directory as the folder that contains all my subject snirf files as well as the <groupResults.mat> file that I got by preprocessing with Homer3, and when I try to launch AtlasViewerGUI I get a very strange error message. I can't seem to figure out what the issue is here, so I'll post screenshots of what the command window looks like when this happens.

Thank you in advance for your help, and I hope you have a great day!

Hi Evelyn,

You can try to delete the 'fw' and 'imagerecon' folders and launch AtlasViewer again.

Those folders were generated before and probably not match your data in the folder now.

I run into the same problem sometimes and deleting 'fw' and 'imagerecon' helped. Hope that works for you.
