Hello,

I am currently running Homer3 (v1.35.1) on Matlab (R2021b) with MacBook Air (Monterey v12.1). I tried to create my own processing pipeline and save it but it cannot be saved, the default keeps popping back up. It's the same when I try to load a config file, the default pipeline pops back up.

There is an error showing in my Matlab command box whenever I run my Homer pipeline (please see below):

Unrecognized function or variable 'iSessPanel'.

Error in ProcStreamEditGUI>pushbuttonSave_Callback (line 609)
groups(ii).CopyFcalls(procElem{iSessPanel});

Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
feval(varargin{:});

Error in ProcStreamEditGUI (line 19)
gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});

Error in matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)ProcStreamEditGUI('pushbuttonSave_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

Error while evaluating UIControl Callback.

Can I get some help here please.

FYI the pipeline that I am using is intensity2OD>Motion Artifact by Channel> Motion Correction Spline SG > Bandpass Filt> O2DConc> BlockAvg

Thank you so much. Any help is greatly appreciated!:)

Best regards,

Jessie
