Hello!

I know that when I export data from Homer3 that was processed using the GLM function, the "bad" channels that were pruned are exported as NaNs.

However, this does not happen when I export data that was processed using the block averaging function. Instead, all of the numerical data is exported regardless of whether or not the channels were pruned.

Is it possible to add a feature like this to homer3? I know that I and many other developmental folks would appreciate this greatly!

If not, is there somewhere in the .snirf file or the processed .mat file that I can find information about which channels were pruned?
