I'm trying to regress out some short channels on segmented nirs files of specific trials that I extracted from a larger nirs files that recorded all trials continuously. For some reason, when I try to run the GLM, I get the error "Warning: All run input to hmrS_RunAvg.m is empty" and I am unable to see the group HRF.

All relevant files, including a screenshot of the error message can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/tbl9vim3bfs9l28/AACIqkA2wkPcIaGAACOACr2qa?dl=0

Thank you so much!

Hi Isabel,

I ran into this issue when attempting to block average my signals. Unfortunately your dropbox link is no longer working, so I can not test your files. However, I fixed it by double checking that my processing stream functions were in the correct order. I just followed what was mentioned HERE.

I ran into another issue shortly afterwards as there were no events in the test data I was using. I think this is an issue because the HRF is calculated for each stimuli.

I hope that this is of some use to you, good luck with the fix!

Rupert
