I have ran a sensitivity analysis but encountered an issue where it looks like the MC simulation underrepresented the actual signal that we should be picking up from the cortex. You can see from the images that some of the channels are seemingly being ignored by the sensitivity analysis. I am attaching the parameters that I used for the MC inputs. Does anyone have any thoughts why this might be happening?

Your screen shot was low res and a hard to read the numbers. But I do see that you are still in the 3D Probe Edit mode while you are trying to visualize the sensitivity profile. That strikes me as a bad state to be in. I can see that the code will not behave properly. Can you exit the 3D Probe Edit Mode and then visualize the sensitivity profile?
Thank you for the feedback Dr. Boas. I re-ran my sensitivity analysis outside of the Probe Edit mode and I'm posting a screenshot of the view here. Any help is highly appreciated!
