Hi everyone,

I am trying to extract regressors for a GLM with the tcca function. I use single run data with 5 different event types, labeled from -1 to 4. The data labeled with 4 are resting state data, which are used for fitting in tcca. Can someone tell me how I can define the resting state data for tcca, please? The runIdxResting parameter seems to be only working for multi run recordings.

Thanks and cheers!

Hi,

You will need a separate resting state data / run at least 3 min long to be able to create tcca filters.

I am not sure what you mean by event type 4 labelled as resting state. Do you mean the time between stimuli? For tcca you would need a long resting period, not interleaved by stimulus.
