tCCA negative values

Hi,

I am working on the Day 5 exercises, running the tCCA GLM practice set that Meryem walks through. All of my parameters are set as hers, however I get a warning that there are negative values, and even if I click yes to use a DC offset, I get an error message that my resulting matlab file is empty and nothing shows up in the plot after processing finishes. Any ideas? Thanks for all of the help!

Best,

Kylie

Hi Kylie,

We made some minor changes to the function after the course, can you send us a screenshot of your run level processing functions (from edit options menu)?

Previously we had ss_ch_inx (that you needed to input the ss channel indices), now we have ss_ch_on which turns on this option (ss channels to be used in tCCA). Can you try ss_ch_on 1, and let us know if it works?

@mayucel Hi Meryem, it seems to work for the resting run but afterwards I get the same negative value error. If I click yes to do DC offset, this error comes up. Not sure if there's something else in my parameters that's off?

Kylie, please hit cancel when it asks to correct for negative values (this dataset only has one timepoint of a ch < 0, it seems). I'll try to fix this bug in the meantime.

Hi Kylie,

tCCAaux_inx must take values of 0 or 1 at each position in the array:

% tCCAaux_inx - Indices of the aux channels to be used to generate
% regressors. 0 for the indices of unused aux channels, 1 for included
% aux channels.

So to include channels 1-8, give it a value of 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1.

Let me know if this helps!
