Hi, quick question about the wavelengths in the GUI for Homer3. I see the different wavelengths for Raw Data, but I'm not able to toggle the display between the two. By default the plot shows me the first wavelength, however all of the numbers are gray and I can't click on them. Everything else is working for me in the GUI except for this. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
strange. What wavelengths do you expect your snirf file to have? Where did you get your snirf file from? Perhaps a screen shot of this issue might help.
@dboas Hi David, thanks for getting back to me. I am just playing around with the dataset from Day 2 of the fNIRS data. So there are the two wavelengths (690 and 830). I am attaching a screenshot here.

This has been fixed. Try getting the latest Homer3 from github. Let me know.
