We have many fNIRS data files that has been recorded with our developed research device and now we want analyze this data using homer2. I have read the documentation but I cant find description about '.nirs' files detail. I had checked the file format details. Some like d, t, aux, SD.MeasList, SD.Lambda, SD.nSrcs, SDnDets are clear, but some other variables are not clear to me. So I can't convert my data in this format.

Is there any description about this variables, or a simple way to convert data to .nirs format?
