A detailed, time-ordered agenda for the conference is available here. The conference begins Tuesday, 8/29 at 8:00 AM and ends Wednesday, 8/30 at 1:00 PM.
Where is the conference being held?
Conference activities will be based out of Rajen Kilachand Center for Integrated Life Sciences (CILSE; 610 Commonwealth Ave.), First Floor, Room 101. Posters will be set up in room 106 B and C for viewing.

Where can I park?
If you are planning to drive to the conference, parking is available at the Warren Towers Garage/Lot K (700 Commonwealth Ave.). Please contact us if you would like a paid parking pass.
What time is Check-In?
You will be able to check in and pick up your badge (CILSE, First Floor, Room 101) beginning at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 8/29.
Is there a reception?
There is a planned evening reception for Tuesday, 8/29 at 5:30 PM, following the Panel Discussion. The reception will take place in CILSE.
Is there food at this event?
Food will be provided in the lobby each day during the reception, lunch, and coffee breaks.
Where will the posters be?
Posters will be located in room 106B and C.

As a virtual participant, you will have access to all symposium talks, keynotes, and panel discussions. You will not be able to view the posters. You will be able to ask questions within Zoom, and a moderator will present those questions (as time allows) to our speakers.
I received travel assistance to attend this conference, how can I get it reimbursed?
Boston University will reimburse selected participants for their travel expenses through confirmation of receipts. If you have received confirmation from us that you will be reimbursed some travel expenses, then please upload your receipts for reimbursement with your name in the title in this google drive.
